摘　　要：根据高等职业教育专业建设与教学特点以及专业带头人的工作职责,探讨构建了专业带头人考核评价指标体系,经过实践检验取得良好的效果,专业带头人考核评价指标体系的建构对加强高职院校专业带头人的管理、推进专业教学建设提供有益的借鉴。According to the professional development of higher vocational education and teaching characteristics and working responsibilities of professional leaders, the paper built a professional appraisal index system which had achieved good results after practice and had provided useful reference for enhancing the management of the professional leaders and promoting the professional teaching in higher vocational colleges.
