摘　　要：SAP-ERP越来越多的应用于大型制造通讯企业的内部管理,以优化企业的各业务活动的计划和执行。订单管理作为供应链下的重要组成部分,也要求及时升级原有的ERP管理来优化流程和提高反应速度。同时先进的操作也会大大提升企业形象,降低成本和提高客户满意度。基于供应链管理理论及ERP管理思想,对于大型通讯制造企业的订单管理流程提出优化,并适时更新为SAP-ERP,后期采用KPI进行绩效考核。SAP-ERP is widely used in communication factories management more and more.It optimizes process,demand planning,performance and execution.Order management is the key point of supply chain management.It requires upgrade original ERP on time to optimize process and speed up reaction.Meanwhile,advanced operation improves enterprise＇ reputation customer satisfaction and cost reduction.This thesis is based on supply chain management ERP theories.It optimizes communication factories＇ order management＇s process and updates operation system with SAP-ERP.It also tracks performance closely with KPI.
