利血康抗阿糖胞苷性血小板减少症作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究利血康颗粒(三七、白及、藕节等)抗小鼠阿糖胞苷性血小板减少症模型的作用。方法采用小鼠阿糖胞苷性血小板减少症模型,同时灌服利血康颗粒3种剂量2.25、1.13、0.56 g/kg(折合生药94、.5、2.25 g/kgi,g)治疗8d,观察药物对该动物模型凝血时间、外周血血小板(Bpc)数、骨髓巨核细胞数和骨髓DNA的影响。结果利血康颗粒高、中剂量可明显缩短阿糖胞苷性血小板减少症模型小鼠的凝血时间、升高外周血Bpc数、骨髓巨核细胞数和骨髓DNA。结论利血康颗粒对小鼠阿糖胞苷性继发性血小板减少症模型具有拮抗作用,该作用与其促进骨髓造血干细胞尤其是骨髓巨核细胞的分化增殖,减轻骨髓抑制有关。AIM To explore the effect of Lixuekang Granules（Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Bletillae Rhizoma,Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus,etc） on mice model of cytarabine（Ara-C）-induced thrombocytopenia.METHODS Ara-C-induced thrombocytopenia mice model was adopted.The model was intragastrically given three doses of Lixuekang Granules 2.25,1.13,0.56 g/kg（equivalent to 9,4.5,2.25 g/kg crude drugs） for eight days simultaneously.Coagulation time of mice,circulating platelet counting,marrow megakaryocytes counting and marrow DNA content were investigated.RESULTS 2.25,1.13 g/kg of Lixuekang Granules could shorten the coagulation time,elevate circulating platelet counting,marrow megakaryocytes counting and marrow DNA content of Ara-C-induced thrombocytopenia mice markedly.CONCLUSION Lixuekang Granules have the effect of anti-secondary thrombocytopenia induced by Ara-C,which may be related to its promoting differentiation and proliferation of marrow hemopoietic stem cells,especially marrow megakaryocytes and alleviating marrow inhibitory effect.
