高校信息化保障“一站式服务”模式探讨

摘　　要：保障服务严重滞后于信息化的建设，必然影响高校信息化的发展，同时对教学、科研效率和质量产生一定的影响。为解决这一发展不平衡问题，以便更好的为教学、科研服务，该文探讨了一种新的服务模式：“一站式服务”模式，并分析了我国高校当前保障服务现状、存在的问题及缺陷，以及“一站式服务”模式的优点和实现的可能性，探讨了“一站式服务”模式实现的具体方法，以期真正实现“一站式服务”．切实保障教学、科研效率和质量。Security services lagged behind the construction of information, will inevitably affect the development of university information, the same time, teaching, research efficiency and quality have some impact. To solve this problem of uneven development, in order to better serve the teaching and research services, this paper discusses a new service model： ＂one-stop service＂. Analyzed the security services of the current status, problems and defects of university, and analyzed the ＂one-stop service＂as the merits and the possibility of realizing, explored the specific method of ＂one-stop service ＂model to achieve, in order to truly realize the ＂one-stop service＂, effectively improve the teaching, research efficiency and quality.
