摘　　要：该文主要介绍了一种基于B／S模式，用于质量检测业务的智能化表单系统。重点介绍了报告表单的模板管理、内容管理、数据动态绑定等模块的设计与实现。系统实现了报告表单的动态设计，操作简单，易于管理，实现了质检报告的可视化、智能化处理。The article mainly introduced an intelligence form system base on B/S which used in quality control. It focused on the design of modules of report form, include module management, content management, dynamic binding of data. The system realized the dynamic design of report form with simplicity of operation and convenience using, it also realized the visualization and intelligent process of quality report.
