摘　　要：目的为了解掌握来宾市婚检人群地中海贫血(以下简称地贫)现状,制定有效干预措施。方法采用血细胞21项分析法,对来宾市兴宾区20 015对40 030人婚检对象进行地贫筛查,筛查阳性者进行血红蛋白电泳测定,凡红细胞平均体积(MCV)≤82或平均血红蛋白量(MCH)≤27,均判定为地贫筛查阳性。结果检出地贫阳性3 985人,阳性率9.96%,远高于全国平均(2.64%),检出男女双方均为阳性208对416人,初筛风险率1.04%。对检出一方或者双方是阳性者均给予婚育指导。结论对婚检人群进行地贫筛查,阳性者建立档案进行追踪,怀孕时建议做胎儿地贫筛查诊断,对预防地贫发生有重要意义。Aim To survey incidence of thalassemia in local youths during premarital health checkup. Methods The esmotic fragility test and hemoglobin eleetrophoresis were used to screen the thalassemia patients among 20 015 couples during premarital health checkup. Results There 3 985 persons for premarital health checkup were positive for thalassemia with a positive rate of 9.96% ,much higher than the national average level （2.64%）. It showed that 208 couples were positive and the primary screening risk rate was 1.04%. Health education and premarital health guidance were offered to those positive for htalassemia. Conclusion It is of great significance to carry out premarital screening of thalassemia for protect the health of the youths and the fetus also be screened after birth for detection of thalasemia.
