摘  要:目的探讨葡萄籽粉对人体的抗氧化作用。方法将120例符合要求的健康志愿者按血清丙二醛含量随机分为受试组和对照组,受试组连续服用受试物90d,测定两组人群血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和安全性指标。结果受试组丙二醛含量下降率显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),受试组超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性升高率显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组人群的各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。结论葡萄籽粉对人体具有抗氧化作用。Aim To explore the antioxidative function of gxnpe seed powder in human body. Methods There 120 health volunteers who meet the requirement were divided into test group and control group randorrdy according to contents of serum MDA. The persons in test group were orally given grape seed powder consecutively for 90 days. Contents of MDA, activities of SOD and GSH-Px and indexes of safety were determined 90 days dter observation. Results The content of MDA in persons of test group decreased significantly (P〈0.01). The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in test group increased significantly (P〈0.01). All kinds of indexes of safety in the experiment did not change. Conclusion Grape seed powder possesses the antioxidative function in human body.
