2型糖尿病患者心率变异性与血清P-选择素水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨2型老年糖尿病患者心率变异性(Heart rate variability,HRV)与血清P-选择素变化的相关性。方法选择68例老年糖尿病患者行24h动态心电图检查,测定HRV,包括所有窦性心搏R-R(NN)间期的标准差(SDNN)、全程记录中每5minNN间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)、相邻NN间期差值的均方根(rMSSD),ELISA法检测其血清P-选择素水平,并与40例老年健康对照组比较。结果糖尿病组HRV参数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而血清P-选择素水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),且HRV与血清P-选择素水平具有显著的负相关性(r=-0.27r,=-0.17r,=-0.26,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者心脏自主神经功能的改变和血清P-选择素水平的变化具有相关性。Objective To observe the relationship between heart rate variability （HRV） and serum P-selectin in type 2 diabetic aged patients （2-DM）. Methods The serum P-selectin and heart rate variability （HRV） of 68 aged patients with 2-DM were examined respectively.HRV was assessed by calculating the indices based on statistical operation on RR intervals from 24-hour Hoher recording, including：standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals （SDNN）,standard deviation of 5 minute mean RR intervals （SDANN） and square root of differences between adjacent NN intervals （rMSSD）. Correlation analysis was carried out between their serum P-selectin and HRV . They were compared with aged control group （40 cases） . Results HRV parameters of type 2-DM aged patients were significantly lower than those of non-diabetic patients.but serum P-selectin were significantly higher than those of control.Linear correlation analysis indicated that HRV was in a positive corelation with P-selectin in type 2 diabetic aged patients.Conclusion Altered autonomic nervous function may be associated with altered serum P-selectin in aged patients with type 2-diabetes mellitus.
