摘　　要：通过对德国农民职业教育介绍,在借鉴他国经验基础上,结合我国实际,就我国目前农民职业教育培训问题提出对策建议。The vocational education of German farmers was introduced in the paper. The author drew on their experiences and presented some suggestions about the farmers＇ vocational education based on current China＇s reality.
