加味补中益气汤对大肠癌化疗患者不良反应影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味补中益气汤对大肠癌化疗患者不良反应影响作用的临床观察。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例大肠癌患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例给予FOLFOX-4方案化疗同时加服补中益气汤;对照组30例仅用FOLFOX-4方案化疗。观察两组毒副反应、免疫功能指标、体力状况。结果:治疗组的消化道反应和骨髓抑制程度均较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05),有显著性差异;但是在对神经系统毒性方面无差异(P>0.05)。在免疫功能方面,治疗组治疗后指标好于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤可减轻大肠癌化疗患者的不良反应、改善生活质量、增强免疫力。Objective： To explore the clinical observation on the effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the adverse reactions of patients. Methods： Dividing 60 cases who met the inclusion criteria into two groups, 30 cases of treatment group were treated with FOLFOX-4 program plus Buzhong Yiqi decoction; 30 cases of control group were treated only with FOLFOX-4 program. Observing the toxicity, immune function, physical condition of the two groups. Result： Gastrointestinal reactions and degree of bone marrow suppression of treatment group were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, there was a significant difference; But there was no difference on nervous system toxicity （P〉0.05）. On immune functionality, the index of treatment group after treatment was better than that of control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction can reduce the adverse reactions of the chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer, impoved quality of life, strengthening the immune system.
