摘　　要：寒热真假的正确判断在临床和教学工作中均是重点难点所在,本研究在对寒象与热象、真象与假象进行总结的基础上,进一步对真热假寒证与真寒假热证的病机、临床表现和证候本质进行了详细分析,并归纳了寒热真假的重要鉴别点。The right determine of cold and heat＇s true and false is a difficult in clinical and teach. This research based on the summary of cold and heat, true and false, forward to detailed analysis pathogenesis, clinical experience and the nature of the syndrome of true heat false cold and true cold false heat, and overviewed important identify the point of true and false of cold and heat.
