摘　　要：阳有余阴不足论是朱丹溪学术思想的核心组成部分,后世医家多以其治已病论,本文从不同角度阐述其为治未病论,言阳有余主要针对君火,阴不足实指肾精。要达到"阴平阳秘",须"收心养心",珍摄阴气,亦即用"道心"制约妄动的君火,用君火制约妄动的相火,防患于未然,是其治未病思想的实质。The theory of over Yang and less Yin is core component in the academic theory of Zhu Dan-xi, and some of later doctors applying it to treat disease, while this paper discussed the theory of treating in future from different angles. In this paper, Over Yang is main point to Jun fire, while Less Yin is point to kidney sperm. If we want to Yin Pingyang secret, we must win their hearts and Yang Xin, treasure Yinqi, or appling Daoxin to prevent flowed Jun fire, which is essence of treating in future to prevent the matter of not happened.
