摘 要:提出一种适合于工业现场使用的嵌入式模糊控制器设计方法。结合常规PID控制器和模糊控制的特点,使其在线性和非线性系统均能得到良好应用。针对其在线性系统中的应用,利用多年的实际经验数据和实验仿真结果,讨论如何从复杂的规则生成、隶属函数选择及蕴涵推理中解脱出来,最终得到一张快速的控制表,从而为嵌入式的设计方案打下基础。在性能上,与线性PID控制器相比,同样也可以在嵌入式系统中使用。在通用性上,控制器应用于不同场合时,可以通过参数修改实现具体控制,具有较强的通用性。该方法具有一定的推广性,适合于以嵌入式微处理器为核心的各类装置使用,具有良好的性能价格比。据此设计出的产品已经在实际中获得多年的成功应用。The paper introducse a design method of embedding fuzzy controller for industry actual fields.This study expatiates the ideology which makes the function of fuzzy controller reach and exceed the ordinary PID controller is offsetting the predominance each other.It has definite popularity and fit for design of every type of fuzzy controller device based on embedded microprocessor.In the capability,compare to the linear PID controller,it can also be used in imbedding system.If a non-linear method is added,it will be superior to PID in response hour and over regulation.In the general utilization,linear PID can realize control through modifying parameter.Even the adapative abilities is superior to PID controller.If it can be done,the imbedding mode controller which is simple,cheap,univevsal and has more powerful control function will have capacious market.It is also the aim of the study.The fuzzy controller device have excellent low cost and high performance.The fuzzy controller device based on this had been apply to actual fields for many years.
