摘　　要：省部科技共建是省部科技合作的一个重要组成部分,是科技管理政策与机制的创新。通过比较分析法,指出国内"省部科技共建"研究主要集中在3个方面,即省部科技共建的政策分析、省部科技共建的实践分析及纵向府际合作的深层次原因。Province-ministry co-constructing is one of the important components in the science and technology cooperation between provinces and ministries,which is the innovation in science and technology management policy and mechanism.Through the comparative analysis,the paper points out that the study on intergovernmental cooperation between central and local government in China focuses mainly on three aspects：the policy analysis of intergovernmental cooperation between central and local government,the practical analysis of intergovernmental cooperation between central and local government,the reasons of intergovernmental deliberation between central and local government.
