摘　　要：创新型企业作为一种新型企业模式,是提升我国自主创新能力,顺利实现十二五规划的核心力量。创新型企业的组织结构不仅体现了静态组织架构与动态组织过程之间的有机互动,而且孕育着持续创新的不竭动力。通过对创新型企业内涵进行界定的基础上,研究创新型企业组织结构演进轨迹,能够更好地揭示出创新型企业组织结构特征与发展趋势。The innovative enterprises,as a new business model,are to enhance China’s capability of independent innovation and to achieve the 12th Five-Year Plan successfully.The organizational structure of innovative enterprises not only reflects the static and dynamic organizational structure of the organic interaction between organizational processes,and pregnant with inexhaustible motive force for continuous innovation.Through the difintion of innovative enterprises,based on research and innovation-oriented enterprises evolution of organizational structure,we will better reveal the organizational structure and develop trends of innovative enterprises.
