摘　　要：公务员培训是提升公务员素质与能力,加强公务员队伍建设的重要途径。由于种种原因,我国公务员培训存在体制、内容、方式、管理和质量等诸多方面问题,明显不能适应新形势下开展大规模培训公务员的要求。本文在分析存在问题的基础上,围绕创新公务员培训工作主题,从观念转变、体制机制和内容方式变革等方面提出了若干创新途径,致力于推进公务员培训工作跃上新台阶。Training has been recognized as an important approach to improve public officers＇ quality and competency and strengthen the civil service construction. Due to various reasons, there exist many problems in China＇s training for public officers from the perspectives of system, content, pattern, management, quality and etc., which failed to meet the challenges of promoting large - scale training for public officers in the new era. Based on the problems raised above, the current study will centre on the theme ＂innovatiove public officer training＂ and put forward a couple of innovative approaches in terms of changing concepts, systematic mechanism, contents transform, and finally carry forward the training for public officers to a new stage.
