摘　　要：作为全国"百县农村教育综合改革实验区"之一,近年来,静海县各级各类教育发展取得了显著成效,积累了很多有益的经验,树立了教育强县品牌。与此同时,教育发展也面临着教育经费投入不足,教师队伍数量不足,结构不合理,优质教育资源短缺等问题。静海县针对教育发展存在的这些突出问题,提出了针对性的解决措施。As one of ＂Hundred County Education Comprehensive Reform in experimental zones＂, in recent years, the devel-opment of all levels of education in Jinghai has achieved remarkable success, and accumulated a lot of useful experience, and estab-lished a county education brand. At the same time, the educational development is also facing the following problems： education fun-ding shortage, teacher shortage, irrational structure and insufficient quality education resources, etc. To solve those problems, the paper puts forward specific measures.
