摘　　要：冠礼是给步入成年的男子加冠的礼仪,是古代华夏族的成人礼。它通过完整而繁琐的成人仪式让受冠者获得各种成人的权力和义务。其目的是让受冠者接受道德礼仪规范的教育,学会自尊尊人、责己责人、克己修身、谦恭待人,在调适自我、承担责任、和谐身心中成人成才。冠礼是古代体验式道德教育的典范,而体验式道德教育则是我们今天进行公民教育和提高德育实效性的突破口。Initiation rite is the ceremonies of ancient Chinese people being adult. The rite can make the baptized people ac- quire adult authority and duty by integrated and complicated ceremonies. The aim of the rite is to make the Baptists acquire the educa- tion of morality and etiquette and learn to respect themselves and others, be responsible for themselves and others, restrain their own desire to cultivate moral character, treat others modestly. The Baptists can grow up and beome useful persons in the process of adjus- ting themselves, bearing their responsibility and harmonizing their bodies and minds. Initiation rite is a model of ancient moral educa- tion by learning through practice, which is the cut - in point for improving the effect of modern moral education.
