摘　　要：黄帝是先秦战国诸子百家的重要话题。结合《汉书.艺文志》所载与黄帝有关的著述以及先秦传世文献及相关出土文献来看,黄帝在先秦诸子笔下的形象呈现出多样化的特征。而从诸子在古史传说基础上对黄帝的加工、改造及依托的内容可以看出,各家各派之中,阴阳家、道家黄老派、数术和方技家的黄帝理论最为丰富和系统。The Yellow emperor is a significant theme for the pre-Qin scholars, and has been given diversified images by the scholars on basis of unearthed archives. Judging by the depictions of the scholars, and Chronicles of Han, Yin-Yang, Taoism and arithmetic are the most popular and systematic.
