摘  要:大功率、直驱式双摆角铣头是高档五轴联动数控铣床的核心部件,欧美等工业发达国家将其作为战略物资限制出口,因此自主研发该类铣头对提升国防安全具有重要意义。简要介绍了自主设计铣头的机械结构以及主要性能参数,用有限元方法计算了铣头在C轴转动和C轴锁紧2种工况下的扭转刚度,得到A轴摆角与铣头整体结构刚度的关系曲线图,A轴摆角为0时铣头的扭转刚度最大,A轴摆角为90°时铣头的扭转刚度最小,铣头在锁紧时较转动时的扭转刚度大。该计算可以对铣头的设计和结构改进提供技术支持。As the core component of the high-end five-axis CNC milling machine,high power and direct-drive bi-rotary milling head is considered as the strategic material in the industrialized countries of Europe and America,thus independent research and development of such milling head is of great significance of national security.The mechanical structure and the performance parameters of the milling head designed independently is introduced briefly.The torsional stiffness under the conditions that C-axis is rotating or locking was calculated by finite element method.The relation curve between the swing angle of A-axis and the whole structural stiffness was obtained.The torsional stiffness meets its maximum and minimum value when the swing angle of A-axis is 0 and 90°,respectively.The torsional stiffness while the milling head is fastened is larger compared with the rotational condition.The calculation could provide technical support on the structural design and improvement of the milling head.
