摘 要:马来西亚华文教育政策是马来西亚华人政策的重要组成部分。马来西亚政府根据国内政治和国际关系的变化不断对华文教育政策做出调整。20世纪60年代针对华文教育的政策焦点是华文中学的改制,70年代侧重阻挠华文大学的创办,80年代则侧重华文小学的控制权,90年代后华文教育政策相对宽松。本文对马来西亚独立以后的华文教育政策进行全面梳理,以期全面认识20世纪50年代以来马来西亚华文教育是在怎样的境遇下不断抗争、发展壮大的;同时对马来西亚华文教育的未来发展趋势做一些分析。The policy of Chinese language and culture education in Malaysia is an important part of the Malaysian Chinese policy.The Malaysian government has kept making adjustments to the policy of Chinese and culture language educations according to the changes of domestic politics and international relations.In the1960s,the policy of Chinese language and culture education focused on the restructure of Chinese secondary schools,obstruction of the establishment of Chinese University in the 1970s and control of Chinese primary school in the1980s.In the 1990s,Chinese language and culture education's policy was relatively loose.The paper comprehensively hackles the policy of Chinese language and culture education in Malaysia after its independence,in order to understand how Chinese language and culture education in Malaysia struggled,developed and expanded since the 1950s.Meanwhile,the paper makes some analysis about the future development trends of Chinese language and culture education in Malaysia.
