摘　　要：文章论述了如何通过业务流程再造来解决自身问题,通过信息技术与网络技术的辅助,对该企业内部业务流程进行了再造或重组,增加了企业产品的市场占有率与销售增长率。This paper explains enterprises how to solve their own problems through business process reengineering.Through the assis-tance of information technology and network technology,enterprises reconstructs or recombines the business process in the interior of enterprises,so as to increase the market share and sales growth rate of the products of enterprises.
