摘 要:对超声波法提取细叶黄皮叶中黄酮类物质进行了研究,通过单因素及L9(34)正交实验,最佳提取工艺条件为A1B3C3D3,即:温度60℃,乙醇浓度60%,超声波功率90 W,料液比1∶25,提取时间70 min。此条件下细叶黄皮叶总黄酮提取率达5.730%。在设置的5个质量浓度梯度下,总黄酮提取液对羟自由基的清除效果与其质量浓度呈正相关,当样品质量浓度为0.694 g/L时,其清除率达49.1%。The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids in the leaves of Clausena anisum-olens was studied.The single factor and orthogonal design methods L9(34) were applied for obtaining the optimal technological conditions:temperature at 60 ℃,60 % ethanol,ratio of material to liquid=1∶25,power of 90 W,and extraction time of 70 min.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction percent of total flavonoids was about 5.730 % from the leaves of Clausena anisum-olens.There was a positive correlation between hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and concentration of total flavonoids from the leaves of Clausena anisum-olens.The hydroxyl radical scavenging rate at the concentration level of 0.649 g/L was 49.1%.
