胃癌组织中抑癌及相关基因的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中抑癌基因nm23和E-cadherin及肿瘤相关基因CD44s表达及与其临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测50例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织中nm23和E-cadherin及CD44s基因的表达,应用统计学方法分析与其临床病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌组织中nm23和E-cadherin及CD44s基因阳性表达率分别为48.0%和44.5%及52.0%。nm23和E-cadherin基因阳性表达率与胃癌组织学分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移等密切相关,P均<0.05。CD44s阳性表达与肿瘤是否有浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关,P<0.05。CD44s表达与nm23表达呈一定程度的负相关性,nm23表达与E-cadherin表达呈正相关性。结论 nm23和E-cadherin及CD44s基因与胃癌的发生和转移相关,检测其表达可预测胃癌转移和侵袭程度。Objective To detect the expressions of nm23,E-cadherin and CD44s in gastric cancer tissues,and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of nm23,E-cadherin and CD44s were detected by immunohistochemistry assay（SP）.And their relationship with clinical characters was analyzed by chi-square test and correlation analysis.Results The expressions of nm23,E-cadherin and CD44s were 48.0%,44.5% and 52.0%,respectively.The expressions of nm23 and E-cadherin were correlated with differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expression of CD44s was correlated with invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P〈0.05）.The expression of nm23 was negative correlated with that of CD44s.And the expression of nm23 was positive correlated with that of E-cadherin.Conclusion The expressions of nm23,E-cadherin and CD44s are correlated with occur and metastasis of gastric cancer,which may be helpful to the predict of gastric cancer metastasis.
