摘 要:采用带药平板涂布法测定了32种植物甲醇提取物、1种植物精油和13种杀菌剂对水稻细菌性条斑病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,在植物甲醇提取物中,杠板归、老虎刺、广东蛇葡萄、细叶桉、枫杨提取物的MIC值分别为4 000、6 000、6 000、10 000、10 000 mg/L;其余植物提取物的MIC值>10 000 mg/L。在13种杀菌剂中,64%杀毒矾可湿性粉剂,3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂,58%甲霜.锰锌可湿性粉剂和2%加收米可溶液剂抑菌活性较高,MIC值分别为12.8、15、48.3、80 mg/L;其次为53.8%可杀得水分散粒剂和20%叶枯唑可湿性粉剂,MIC值分别为134.5、400 mg/L;其余杀菌剂的活性较低,20%噻唑锌悬浮剂和72%农用链霉素可溶粉剂的MIC值分别为2 000、4 311.4 mg/L,50%敌克松可湿性粉剂、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、60%甲硫.异菌脲可湿性粉剂、15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂和75%百菌清可湿性粉剂5种药剂在稀释100倍时对水稻细菌性条斑病菌无抑菌活性。Poison plate coating method was used to determine the inhibitory activity of 32 plant methanol extracts, I plant essential oil and 13 bactericides against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola. Among the plant methanol extracts, The MICs of Polygonum perfoliatum, Pterolobium punctatum, Ampelopsis cantoniensis, Eucalyptus tereticornis, Pterocarya stenoptera were 4000, 6000, 6000, 10000,10000 mg/L respectively. The MICs of other plants were above 10000 mg/L. Among 13 bactericides, 64% oxadixyl·mancozeb WP, 3% zhongshengmycin WP, 58% metalaxyl. mancozcb WP and 2% kasumin SL showed relatively higb inhibitory activity, with the MIC of 12.8, 15, 48.3, 80 g/L respectively, following by 53.8% copper hydroxide WG and 20% bismerthlazol WP, which showed significant inhibitory activity, with the mininmm inhibitory concentrations (MIC)of 134.5 g/L and 400 g/L respectively. The other bactericides show low inhibitory activity, 20% thiodiazole-Zn WP and 72% agricultural streptomycin had inhibitory activity with concentrations (MIC)of 2000 g/L and 4311.4 g/L respectively; 50% fenaminosulf WP, 80% nmneozeb WP, 60% met · iprodione WP, 15% triadimefon WP and 75% chlorothalonil WP had no inhibitory activities against X. oryzae pv. oryzicola at the concentration of 100 times solution.
