摘　　要：无论东方还是西方,宗教与法律都有着密不可分的联系。在经济全球化的背景下,全球经济在一体化的发展中同时也伴随产生"同质"与"异质"冲突趋势,这种冲突也影响到了宗教、法律等多个领域。宗教与法律表现出了与以往不同的新情况和新问题,宗教问题更为突出,对与宗教相关的法律提出了更高的要求。如何客观评价和处理好两者的关系,使宗教和法律更好地为社会发展提供服务是当前所要解决的重点问题。本文从全球化所呈现出的特征出发,对当前宗教与法律的关系进行分析,探讨宗教事务法治化发展的路径。Both east and west,religion and law are inextricably linked. In the context of economic globalization, the development of global economic in integration produce the collision of the same and the diversity. This conflict also affected the religious, legal and other fields. The religion and the law showed a variety of new situations and new problems. The religious issues appear more prominent. It requires higher standard to the law. It is very important that how to objectively evaluate and handle the relationship between the law and the religious and to better provide services for social development. This article presents the characteristics of globalization and to analyze the relationship of the religion and the legal and to investigate the rule by law of Religious Affairs.
