基于GIS的衡阳人居适宜度评价

摘　　要：参考当前人居环境评价方法和指标体系,结合生态位适宜度的基本原理与方法,从经济、社会、环境生态位三类独立指标出发,选取25项反映现实生态位与最适宜生态位之间耦合度的单项指标,构建了一种新的多指标城市人居环境质量定量评价的生态位适宜度模型。以湖南省衡阳市主城区为例,运用GIS技术和SuperMap Deskpro软件进行了衡阳城区的人居环境适宜度定量评价。结果显示衡阳城市内部人居适宜度差异明显,在此基础上提出了相应的改进措施。评价结果说明本文所提出的生态位适宜度模型和评价方法具有一定的实践性。Consulting the present methods and indices used in assessment of the environment of human settlement,combining the principles of niche suitability,the authors bring forward a new method for the assessment,in which 25 indices that can reflect the coupling degree between actual niche and robust niche are selected from those of economy,society and environment to construct a model of quantitative evaluation of niche suitability.In the paper Hengyang City,Hunan,is taken as an example to be studied.With the new model GIS technique and SuperMap Deskpro software are used to assess the city＇s niche suitability of human settlement and a thematic map is made.The results show that：（1）the economy niche indices are the most important factors that influence the assessment.（2）Zhengxiang District is the best area for human settlement environment,and its score is the highest,for it is the youngest one in the city and set up in 2001,the infrastructural facilities are more complete relatively.The results have proved to be in accordance with the actual development and construction of the city.Moreover,the authors put forward some proposals for improvement of the environmental quality of human settlement of Hengyang.
