浅谈独立学院辅导员队伍的能力建设

摘　　要：首先分析了独立学院学生的特点,并用调研的数据详细剖析了独立学院辅导员的现状。针对独立学院学生的特点和辅导员的现状,从辅导员能力建设的角度提出了独立学院的辅导员应具备的六种能力,即"表达力、亲和力、掌控力、学习力、执行力和创新力",并就如何培养和提高这六种能力,提出了一些思路和方法,供学校管理者参考。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the independent college students, and research data with detailed analysis of the independent college counselor in the status quo. For the characteristics of independent college students and counselors, This paper from the perspective of capacity building instructor made independent college counselor should have the capability of the six, namely, ＂expression of power, affinity, locus of control, learning ability, execution and innovation ＂, and how to train and improve the ability of these six put forward some ideas and methods for school administrators to reference.
