摘　　要：作为马克思主义有关发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,科学发展观的方法论价值对于贯彻落实科学发展观具有更重要的现实意义,这些方法论价值主要体现在与时俱进的发展理念、以人为本的核心思想、系统论的应用和统筹兼顾的根本方法。The methodological value of scientific outlook on development has realistic meaning in carrying out the scientific concept on development into reality.The values are shown in the following aspects ： the conception of keeping pace with times,the core ideas of people-oriented,the system application of widespread contact,the basic method of overall consideration.
