摘 要:在详细分析了轮径差的类型、影响及限制标准的基础上,结合某2C0轴式机车在制动试验中出现的第6轮对轮轨横向力较大的现象,研究了轮径差对轮轨横向力的影响。首先通过多刚体动力学软件建立了列车动力学模型,利用动力学仿真研究了各种不同类型轮径差对机车轮对轮轨横向力的影响。仿真结果表明,各轮对轮径差主要影响本轮对的轮轨横向力,对其余轮对轮轨横向力的影响较小。为分析试验中出现的制动时轮轨横向力较大的情况,研究了制动工况下,轮径差的存在对机车轮轨横向力的影响。在制动工况下,轮径差的存在会导致机车在直线上的轮轨横向力显著增大,仿真结果真实再现了实际线路试验测得的结果。There is inevitably the wheel diameter difference phenomenon of the running locomotive and rolling stock, for the reason of wheel/rail wear and abrade. Based on the detail analysis of the type, the influence and the restricting criterion of wheel diameter difference, the influence of the wheel diameter difference to the wheel/rail lateral force was carried out combined the phenomenon of the too big lateral wheel/rail force of the No. 6 wheel set during the brake case of one kind of 2C0 type locomotive. Firstly, it set up the train dynamic model through the multi-body dynamic simulation software, and the influence of different kinds of wheel diameter difference to wheel/rail lateral force of the locomotive was researched by the dynamic simulation method. Simulation results showed that the wheel diameter differences of each wheel set mainly affect the wheel/rail lateral force of the wheel set itself, and have a little influence to the wheel/rail lateral force of other wheel sets. Aimed at the anal- ysis of the wheel/rail lateral force turn big phenomenon in the braking case, the influence of the existing of the wheel diameter differences to the wheel/rail lateral force of the locomotive during the brake cases was researched. Concerned results found that the existence of the wheel diameter differences will lead to occur of the wheel/rail lateral force turn big during the braking case. The simulation results really represent the measured results during the line test.
