影响新时期广东优秀运动员文化教育体系构建的因素分析

摘　　要：优秀运动员的文化教育问题是我国竞技体育发展中尚未解决的难题之一。运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家咨询和实地考察等方法,对影响新时期广东优秀运动员文化教育体系构建的三个因子:教学保障及管理因子、教育观念因子和教学改革因子进行了分析。The culture and education has been a problem for the sports system in our country. By using the method of investigation, document materials and etc, this article carried on an analysis to affect culture education system for excellence athletics construction of the Guangdong province in the new period ： teaching assurance and management, educational conception, and teaching reform, and corresponding measures were put forward.
