摘　　要：目的:探讨泪道激光探通联合泪道植管治疗泪道阻塞的治疗效果。方法:用Nd:YAG泪道激光机探通泪道阻塞部位后,置入泪道引流管,使泪道引流管在该部位留置3～6个月。共治疗泪道阻塞52例83眼(2009年2月～2010年12月)。结果:术后随访半年,79眼一次性治愈,3眼引流管脱出,1例无效。结论:泪道激光联合泪道引流管治疗泪道阻塞操作简单、安全有效、治愈率高、并发症少。Objective：To observe the effect of lacrimal laser combined with lacrimal drainage tube treating with lacrimal obstruction.Methods：Lacrimal drainage tube was inserted after lacrimal was cleared by Nd：YAG lacrimal laser,and the tube had been detained for 3-6 months.A total of 52 cases 83 eyes were treated（February 2009-December 2010）.Results：All patients were followed up for six months,79 eyes were cured for one-time,the drainage tubes of three eyes prolapsed,1 case had no effect.Conclusion：Laser lacrimal combined with lacrimal drainage tube is a method that be simple,safe and effective,at the same time,it has an advantage of high cure rate with few complication.
