急诊科BIPAP呼吸机治疗急性心衰的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊科BIPAP呼吸机治疗急性心衰患者的临床效果。方法 120例急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予BIPAP呼吸机强化治疗。结果治疗后实验组PaO(2t=5.369,P<0.05),PaCO(2t=2.341,P<0.05)和SaO2(t=2.876,P<0.05)改善程度均显著大于对照组;实验组显效率(x2=4.038,P<0.05)和总有效(x2=6.550,P<0.05)均显著优于对照组。结论在常规治疗的基础上应用BiPAP机强化治疗,对于提高抢救效果是有积极意义的,值得广大临床工作者考虑。Objective To explore the clinical effect of breathing machine of BIPAP used for patients with acute cardiac failure at emergency department.Methods 120 cases of patients with cardiac failure as studied object were divided into experimental group and control group,both groups were given routine therapy,and experimental group was added with breathing machine of BIPAP.Results After therapy,PaO2（t=5.369,P0.05）,PaCO2（t=2.341,P0.05）,SaO2（t=2.876,P0.05）,total effective rate（x2=6.550,P0.05）and excellent rate（x2=4.038,P0.05）in experimental group was significant better than that in control group.Conclusion Giving intensive cure of breathing machine of BIPAP on base of routine therapy,has active meaning for enhance emergency effect,so it desirable considering in clinical work.
