雷公藤多苷治疗顽固复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察雷公藤多苷治疗顽固复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床效果。方法临床选择60例顽固阿弗他溃疡患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组给予雷公藤多苷+常规治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,观察溃疡愈合天数、预后再次复发间隔天数和预后一年内复发次数。结果实验组溃疡愈合天数明显减少(P<0.05);预后再次复发间隔天数明显延长(P<0.05);预后一年内复发次数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷可明显促进顽固复发性阿弗他溃疡愈合,延长复发间隔期,减少复发次数。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides（TG） on stubborn recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）.Methods A total of 60 patients with stubborn RAU were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,each group 30 patients.The experimental group were treated with TG and conventional treatment,the control group were treated with conventional treatment.Observe the number of days of ulcer healing,prognosis relapse and prognosis of the number of days between relapses within one year.Results The experimental group significantly reduced the number of days of ulcer healing（P0.05）;Prognosis of relapse was significantly longer,（P0.05）;Prognosis of recurrence within one year had significantly fewer（P0.05）.Conclusion TG could promote healing of stubborn RAU,extend the recurrence interval and reduce relapses.
