不同产地当归中主要有效成分的含量测定

摘　　要：目的考察不同产地当归有效成分的含量,为当归的质量标准提供一定的依据。方法采用HPLC法测定不同产地当归中阿魏酸和藁本内酯的含量,采用水蒸气蒸馏法测定其总挥发油的含量。结果不同产地当归中阿魏酸的含量在0.2752～0.7094mg/g;藁本内酯的含量在0.8186～6.8832mg/g;总挥发油的含量在2.0517～16.2316mg/g。结论不同产地的当归中阿魏酸、藁本内酯和总挥发油的含量差异较大。Objective To study the content of active compositions of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in different areas,and provide some academic basis for quality criterion of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Methods The methods of HPLC was used to determine the content of ferulic acid and ligustilid,and using distillation method to determine the content of total volatile oil.Results The content of ferulic acid was between o 0.2752-0.7094 mg/g;the content of ligustilid was between 0.8186～6.8832 mg/g;the content of total volatile oil was between 2.0517-16.2316 mg/g.Conclusion The content of three kinds of active compositions are significantly different in different areas of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
