摘　　要：本文对联合国维和医疗队员心理问题产生的原因进行分析,主要是因为工作、生活、安全压力过大,目标缺失、自我调适能力参差不齐等,针对不同临床表现提出集体和自我调适的心理管理策略。The United Nations peacekeeping medical team suffer a lot of psychological problems,such as nervous,irritable,frustration,pain,guilt,loss of confidence because of the excessive pressures of the work,life and the security threats,target missing,different self-adjustment abilities and so on.During the different stages,the symptoms are significant differences.We can carry foresight collective methods and self adjusting to fit the UN peacekeeping missions.
