摘　　要：帕金森病已经成为常见的神经系统疾病之一。然而围绕ＰＤ 的病因一直存在不少争论。本文从环境因素、遗传因素和遗传易感性等方面探讨了ＰＤ 发生的原因。Parkinson's disease (PD) has now become one of the most commonly encountered neurological disorders.However,the debate over the etiology of this disorder still remains.In this paper,we give a brief summary on the role of environmental factors,genetic factors and genetic susceptibility in the occurrence of PD.
