摘 要:以乙醇,乳酸为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,在常压下合成乳酸乙酯.研究了树脂种类、反应温度、树脂用量、酸醇比等因素对酯化反应的影响,在不分离产物情况下,合成乳酸乙酯的反应条件为:酸醇比1∶4,反应时间180min,催化剂用量(以乳酸加入质量计)10%,沸腾状态下反应,乳酸的单程转化率达72.53%.催化剂可重复使用.Ethanol and lactic acid as raw materials, strong acid cation exchange resin as catalyst, intermittent synthesis reactions of ethyl lactate was studied without separating products from system. The effects of the kinds of strong acidic ion resin, the quantity of resin, acid/alcohol ratio and Cat./acid ratio on lactic acid conversion rate were examined. The optimal conditions for lactic acid conversion rate were showed as follows: reaction remperature was the boiling point of the mixture liqour, acid/alcohol ratio was 1 : 4, Cat./ acid ratio was 10% , reactive time was 180 min, and the conversion per passactic acid conversion rate is 72. 53%. The strong acidic cation resin can be used repeatedly as catalyst.
