生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法　应用人工合成的生长抑素类似物—奥曲肽治疗 38例和非奥曲肽治疗 5 9例急性胰腺炎。观察两组以及奥曲肽治疗用药前后血清淀粉酶及胰液淀粉酶的含量 ,比较两组并发症的发生率。结果　奥曲肽能有效降低血清淀粉酶和胰液淀粉酶的活性 ,改善临床症状和体征 ,减少并发症。结论　奥曲肽有助于急性胰腺炎的治疗。Objective To evaluate the curative effects of somatostatin on the acute pancreatitis. Methods Octreotide was used to treat 38 cases of acute pancreatitis. Yet 59 patients were treated as the control group by non octreotide. Before and after the drug of hypodermic injection the serum and pancreatic fluid amylase were simultaneously quantitative analysized from both of the groups. And the incidence of complications of these patients was also compared. By contrast, we observed that octreotide could significantly decrease the levels of serum amylase and pancreatic fluid amylase. Results Octreotide could ameliorate the clinical symptoms and signs, decrease the occurances of complication. Conclusion Octreotide may contribute to the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
