摘　　要：目的评价胃癌组织中TopoIIα高表达与患者临床病理特征间的相关性及其临床意义。方法收集2008年10月至2010年10月胃癌手术石蜡标本89例,免疫组化法检测89例胃癌及20例癌旁正常组织中TopoIIα的表达情况,分析其高表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 89例胃癌组织中TopoIIα阳性表达率分别为53.9%(48/89),20例癌旁正常组织中TopoIIα表达率为0%,且TopoIIα高表达与胃癌的部位、细胞分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期均呈正相关;而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小无明显关系。结论 TopoIIα在胃癌组织表达增高与胃癌组织的发生发展密切相关,TopoIIα为靶点的抗肿瘤药物指导胃癌治疗理论意义确切。Objective To investigate the correlation between TopoIIα protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric carcinoma. Methods We collected paraffin specimen 89 cases of stomach surgery between December 2008 and December 2010. The expressions of TopoIIα were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 89 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of gastric normal tissue and analyzed the relationship between the expression of TopoIIα and the clinical prognosis of patients. Results The positive rate of TopoIIα protein overexpression was 53.9%（48/89）. TopoIIα protein overexpression was associated with tumor site, tumor histotype,differentiation, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, and distant metastasis,but not with sex, age, tumor size.Conclusion The overexpression of TopoIIα may play a role in the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma. TopoIIα anticancer drugs targeting guidance exact theoretical treatment of gastric cancer.
