摘　　要：目的探讨经肛单气囊小肠镜快速抵达回肠末端的安全、有效的插入方法。方法设气囊充气双人插入法组和气囊不充气单人插入法组,对两种方法内镜通过大肠的时间进行比较。结果两种方法成功率均为100%,均未出现并发症。结论气囊不充气单人插入法是一种可行的、能安全有效地通过大肠抵达回肠末端的进镜方法,值得在临床中推广运用。【Objective】 To investigate an effective insertion method by which the single-balloon enteroscopy can arrive at the terminal ileum safely and rapidly.【Methods】 There were two methods.One was performed by double handlers with the balloon inflated,while the other was operated by a single handler with the non-inflated balloon.The operating time of two methods through the large intestine was compared.【Results】 Both methods had the success rate of 100% without complications.【Conclusion】 The method by a single handler with the non-inflated balloon is safe and effective to insert the single-balloon enteroscopy to the terminal ileum,which has a practical value in clinic.
