摘　　要：对中国人口结构变化的生态学内涵进行了研究。从生态学角度,对完善农村养老保障制度提出了建议。可制定具有老龄人口红利战略的农村养老保障制度,使农民树立吻合现代民生的养老理念,实现农村养老保障制度的包容性增长,统筹考虑农村老人和孩子照料问题,最大限度地解决农村养老问题。The ecological connotation of population structure in China was studied.In order to perfecting rural endowment insurance system and solving rural endowment problem maximally,some suggestions were put forward from the perspective of ecology,such as establishing rural endowment insurance system with bonus strategy for aging population,building up endowment insurance concept for farmers tallying with modern livelihood,realizing inclusive growth of rural endowment insurance system,overall considering the problem that taking care of rural elders and children.
