摘　　要：从贵州省马铃薯加工产业的基础设施、组成结构、经济效益等方面梳理其发展现状和存在的主要问题,提出解决现存问题的对策和措施,以期能为构建贵州省马铃薯加工产业技术创新体系、实现跨越式发展提供参考。The development status and practical problems of the Guizhou potato processing industry was analyzed in this paper, contrasting with the advanced level, the gap between Guizhou potato processing industry and the advanced level was summarized, countermeasures in current stage are proposed,the results of the analyses above provided the research base to conceive the technological innovation system of Guizhou potato processing industry,and could be used for reference to design the developmental strategy and accelerate the developmental speed of Guizhou potato processing industry.
