摘　　要：为了解决分体式分梳辊针环加工制造过程中铝型材薄壁件易变形的问题,通过介绍分体式分梳辊针环加工工艺及铝环结构尺寸,设计出一套内孔定位弹性夹具,对该夹具的结构、制作工艺、工作原理、夹具使用注意事项、工艺效果评价及批量生产进行详细介绍;指出:该夹具具有结构简单紧凑,工件安装快速方便,定心精度高,重复定位可靠,制成工件合格率高,使用寿命长等优点。In order to solve the problem of the deformation inclination of the thin wire ring of the detachable card roller in the fabrication process, a gripping spring is designed for the inner orifice orientation along with the introduction of the fabrication process of the wire ring of the card roller and the size of the alu- ring. Details introduction is made to the griping spring regarding the structure, fabrication process, work- how, caution in application, appraising of the process and the batch production. Conclusion is made that the gripping spring is of simple structure, easy installation, precision orientation, reliable double orientation and high rate of check-out and long service life.
