摘　　要：为解决在牛乳收购环节快速检测出掺甲醛牛乳的方法,采用试管法和试纸法对牛乳掺甲醛进行检测比较,确定了试纸检测牛乳中掺甲醛的方法可行。探索了采用品红试剂制作的试纸方法,筛选出品红溶液和硫酸溶液最佳浓度,两种溶液按3∶1比例加载到WFB-试纸上,自然干燥。用掺有不同浓度甲醛的牛乳测试试纸的灵敏度,检测结果表明,最低检出量为0.08 g/L。本试验研制的牛乳掺甲醛快速检测试纸,操作简单,使用方便,检测迅速,灵敏度较高,制作成本低,不但适用于基层奶站的检验,也适合在家庭中测试,能方便快速的检测出掺甲醛牛乳。In order to quickly test the formaldehyde adulteration during the fresh milk collection,the present study took the test-tube and the test-paper method for comparison.It proved that the test-paper method is feasible for detecting the formaldehyde adulteration.The procedure was established and it is feasible.The test-paper method by the regents of fuchsine was investigated,and the optimal fuchsine concentration was screened.The 2 kinds of solution mixed at ratio of 3∶1,and added on the WFB-test-paper,dried by the air.The sensitivity was checked by the adulteration milk with different concentration of formaldehyde,that minimal detective quantity of formaldehyde is 0.0 8 g/L.The results proved this new quick-test method is high sensitive,convenient and easy to work.It can be applied in milk collection station and individual farm as well.
