摘 要:对来自15个国家和地区的78批次、31种、共255尾海鱼进行了异尖线虫幼虫的检验,100尾海鱼检出异尖线虫幼虫感染,总感染率为39.2%(100/255)。16种海鱼检出异尖线虫幼虫,占所检鱼种的51.6%(16/31)。共检获异尖线虫幼虫1 554条,平均感染强度为15.5条/尾。在体重≤100 g的海鱼中感染率最高,在体重为300 g^400 g的海鱼中感染强度最大。检出部位主要是胃及胃盲囊表面、肠、肠盲囊及肠系膜。来自越南、新加坡、韩国的海鱼检出率较高,超过50%,来自秘鲁等7个国家的海鱼中未检出异尖线虫幼虫。A total of 255 marine fish including 78 batches and 31 species from 15 different countries and regions,were detected for Anisakid larvae.About 51.6%(16/31) species and 100 marine fishes were found to be infected with Anisakid larvae,and the total of infection rate in marine fishes was 39.2%.A total of 1 554 Anisakid larvae were detected,and the mean intensity was 15.5 per fish.The highest infection rate was occurred in the fish that body weight was below 100 g,but the largest infection intensity was found in the fish that body weight was between 300~400 g.The sites mainly infected with Anisakid larvae were stomach and the surface of gastric caecum,intestine,intestinal caecum and mesentery.The infection rates of Anisakid larvae of fishes came from Vietnam,Singapore and South Korea,were more than 50%,However,Anisakid larvae was not founded in marine fishes came from 7 countries including Peru.
