摘　　要：校企合作教育是实现高等职业教育人才培养模式的有效手段。江苏建筑职业技术学院本着"互相支持、双向介入,优势互补、资源互用,互惠双赢、共同发展"的原则,与用人单位紧密合作,共同培养人才,实现了高职院校培养高质量技术应用型专门人才的目的,取得了良好的效果。The coperative education between enterprise and school is effective means of higher vocational education training mode. Jiangsu Construction Institute spirit in the light of ＂Supporting each other,Two--way involvement;Complementary advantages,Interoperability resources;Win--win, Common development＂. It works closely and co--training personnel with employers. Then,achieves the purpose of training high--quality professonal person. It obtains good results.
