摘　　要：根据高校质量文化内涵,分析了质量文化建设策略评价指标体系的设计原则,即目标性与过程性相结合、继承性与发展性相结合、全面性与可操作性相结合、定性评价与定量评价相结合,构建了质量文化建设策略评价指标体系,涵盖质量精神文化、质量制度文化、质量行为文化、质量物质文化和质量文化建设成效等五个方面,计算了指标权重,为高校组织实施质量文化建设策略的评价提供了有益的参考。According to the connotation of universities＇ quality culture, this thesis discusses the design fundamental of evaluation index with its goal and process, inheritance and innovation, universality and maneuverability,quality and quantity. This thesis also establishes the evaluation index system including spiritual culture, system culture, action culture, material culture and the effects of quality culture construction,and calculates its index weight. It is a helpful consultation for universities to organize the evaluation.
