摘 要:[目的]调查和分析我校大专护理专业学生(护生)焦虑现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用自行设计一般资料调查表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对我校1 742名护生进行整群分层随机抽样调查,并与中国常模比较,了解护生焦虑状况;采用Logistic多元回归分析方法探讨焦虑影响因素。[结果]1 742名护生中,焦虑者244人,焦虑发生率为14.0%,其焦虑总分(32.69分±6.84分)显著高于中国常模(P<0.01)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示:年级、体质量指数(BMI)、自我形象满意度和身体状况是影响大专护生焦虑的4大危险因素(P<0.01)。[结论]护生心理健康状况总体较差,焦虑发生率高。年级、BMI、自我形象满意度、身体状况是影响焦虑发生的危险因素。护理教育者在教学过程中应针对性地对护生进行专业引导和心理疏导;有目的地指导和帮助他们正确选择实习与就业单位。Obiective:To investigate and analyze the status quo of anxiety of nursing students in our college. Methods: A total of 1 742 nursing students in our college were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling survey with selfdesigned general information scale and self - rating anxiety scale (SAS),and then to compare with the Chinese norms and to know their anxiety. The influence factors of their anxiety were analyzed by Logistic multicomponent regression analysis. Results. Among 1 742 nursing students,244 nursing dence of anxiety was 14. 0%. The students suffered anxiety, the inci- total anxiety score (32. 69 ±6. 84 points) was significantly higher than Chinese norms (P〈0.01). Logistic multicomponent regression analysis showed that the grade, the body mass index(BMI), selfimage satisfaction and physical condition were risk factors influencing college nursing students (P〈0.01). Conclusion: In general, nursing students' psychological health was poor and the incidence of anxiety was high. The grade,BMI, self- image satisfaction, and physical situation are risk factors of anxiety. Nursing educators during nursing education teaching process should do targeted professional guidance and psychological counseling, guide and help them choose practice correctly and employment units on purpose.
