摘　　要：针对电梯故障频发并影响公众安全的问题,国家质检总局发布了《电梯、自动扶梯和自动人行道数据监视和记录规范》、《电梯远程报警系统》两个新标准,指导电梯运行数据监视、故障远程报警和救援服务平台建设。在深入解读两个新标准实施内容、规范性与资料性附录的基础上,结合技术与应用实际,设计电梯运行数据监视装置和远程报警系统,建设电梯故障应急处置中心。系统运行结果表明,在新标准指导下开展创新性实践,获得了确保电梯使用安全的新手段。Two new standards named ＂Specification for data monitoring and record for lifts, escalators and passenger conveyors＂ and ＂Remote alarm lifts（elevators）＂ are published aiming to the problem that elevators encounter failures frequently, which influence public safety. The two standards supply guidance for monitoring operation data, transmitting fault alarm and building rescue platform. Base on in-depth interpretation of the content, normative and informative attachments in the two new standards, and the condition of technique and application, operation data monitoring and alarm remote transmitting system for elevators are designed, and emergency treatment center for elevators is built. Running status shows that, by carrying out innovative practice under the guidance of two new standards, new mean has been gained to ensure safe use of elevators.
